Used Saddle Refunds:
If you purchase a used saddle and decide during the 7 day trial period, not to keep it, you can return it. Please let us know that you are returning it, so we know that it is on its way. Once we receive the saddle, and verify that it is not damaged and clean, we refund your money immediately. The refund amount will be the price you paid, minus shipping costs, if we paid for the shipping, and minus a 50 dollar restocking fee.

Any saddle that is special ordered is not returnable.

Refund on tack items:
We do accept returns on tack items. The item must be received by us, within 30 days of original purchase date, and be unused, clean, with tags or any special manufacturer packaging intact. We do charge restocking fees on some items. Please check the individual item listing for that information, but in general, reins and bridles unless special ordered, do NOT have a restocking fee. Saddle pads such as the Equipedic are all special order items and have a 20 percent restocking fee. MDC stirrups, and Trailer Eyes, and the EZ Feeders, are also special order items and have a 20 percent restocking fee. This fee applys whether you are returning for a refund or store credit.
